- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, strategists, and technical architects.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future-forward architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically in strategic planning and future-tech forecasting.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
