Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive, 3-year technology strategy aligned with corporate goals, focusing on AI integration and next-gen infrastructure.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects in emerging technologies, identifying high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary advisor to the C-suite, presenting complex technical roadmaps to non-technical leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust the roadmap proactively.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or executive consulting.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum computing applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
