Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, synthetic biology) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
