Your Mission:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers resolve their inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Communicate professionally with customers to address their questions, concerns, and needs.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Process Transactions: Accurately enter data, process orders, and update customer accounts in our CRM system.
- Meet KPIs: Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, call duration, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide Information: Educate customers on our products and services to promote sales and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and polite telephone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours.
