Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database and call center software.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
