Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Meet performance metrics (call volume, CSAT scores)
- Update customer records in CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalations
- Participate in ongoing training & development
- Adhere to company policies & compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication & active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM systems)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check & drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Richmond location
