Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments.
- Build rapport with callers to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
