Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve Issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Study and apply product and service information to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Location: Must reside in or near Memphis, TN.
