Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from Memphis-area customers
- Resolve inquiries regarding local services and products
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with regional teams to address community-specific needs
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing product and service training
- Represent the company with professionalism and local pride
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with Southern dialect awareness
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reside within 25 miles of Memphis (local preference)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Tennessee ID required
