Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency

- Participate in weekend hiring events in Pennsylvania (travel provided)
Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in a BPO or retail setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional Pennsylvania travel
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
