Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
