Responsibilities

- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and account changes into our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product roadmap and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other support agents and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adherence to SLA: Maintain high performance metrics regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
