Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and questions efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately enter customer data and maintain detailed logs in our CRM systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond expectations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup (for remote positions).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
