Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigation.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
