Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using CRM software.
- Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Adhere to all call center quality assurance standards and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for hybrid/remote options).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
