Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.

Qualifications
