Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for 500+ employees
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and cloud applications
- Document all interactions in ServiceNow ticketing system with detailed resolution steps
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear technical documentation
- Deploy and configure new workstations following company standards
- Conduct user training for new software deployments and system updates
- Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management for IT equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software fundamentals
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with logical troubleshooting approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required)
