Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Document and troubleshoot tickets using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Conduct user training on IT systems and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
- Assist with IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid California driver's license (occasional site visits required)
