Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage IT service desk tickets using ServiceNow platform
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Deploy and configure new workstations/peripherals
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network team on system upgrades
- Conduct user training on security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Customer-focused communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
