Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, OS, and application problems
- Document cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear context
- Train users on security protocols and best practices
- Monitor system health and report performance anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
