Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Document tickets accurately in ServiceNow and maintain knowledge base articles
- Install/configure workstations, printers, and network peripherals
- Provide first-level security support and enforce IT policies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Train users on new systems and best practices
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and cloud applications
- Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
