Responsibilities

- Document interactions using Zendesk and CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Multi-task between 3-5 chat conversations simultaneously
- Identify upsell opportunities during support interactions
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions
- Maintain 24/7 availability within assigned shift blocks
Qualifications
