Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and reporting tasks to support daily business operations.
- Assist in the coordination and management of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in supply chain logistics during peak weekend periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
