Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maintain store standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and events.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
