Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision during weekend shifts to ensure service continuity.
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Monitor system performance metrics and report discrepancies or bottlenecks immediately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
