Responsibilities

- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records and submit shift reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
- Proven leadership experience in a team environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
