Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory management and warehouse operations during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor and optimize logistics workflows to meet SLA targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in receiving, sorting, and dispatching shipments
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve logistical challenges with innovative solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
