Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations for the weekend shift, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5-10 warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all compliance protocols are followed during weekend operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to resolve any discrepancies or shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients during high-volume periods.
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate logs for time and attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a logistics or retail environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
