Job Overview
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity during our peak weekend hours. You will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring all goals are met while maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the workflow of the weekend shift team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct daily briefings with the team to discuss priorities and address any concerns.
- Train new hires on operational procedures and equipment usage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supervision is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
