Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Keep warehouse organized and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team player with clear communication skills
