Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate computerized inventory systems to update stock levels and track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
