Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions in Salesforce/Zendesk
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clear communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
