Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 daily calls with professionalism and product expertise
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and service requests within SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 100% compliance
- Upsell/cross-sell products during calls to meet monthly KPIs
- Collaborate with support teams on complex escalations
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and training modules
- Maintain 95%+ quality assurance scores through call monitoring
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Must be located in Philadelphia, PA or Virginia area
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
