Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate call logs in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers where appropriate.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handle time and CSAT scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends (rotating shifts).
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
