Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Utilize the CRM system to accurately log customer interactions, account details, and resolutions.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide empathetic, effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and account history.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to meet and exceed performance KPIs and service standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, representing the company brand effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
