Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support for high-value B2B clients
- Resolve technical inquiries and product issues efficiently
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precision
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain CSAT scores above 95%
- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience
- Minimum 55 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Intercom platforms
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Valid US work authorization
