Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts in our state-of-the-art facilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and administer treatments per medical protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Provide health education to patients and families during weekend consultations
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license with valid Pennsylvania credentials
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- ACLS/BLS certifications with current renewal status
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Flexibility to work 100% on Saturdays and Sundays (36-hour weekly schedule)
