Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage patient intake, assessments, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Ensure clinic operations run smoothly during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Valid Oklahoma healthcare certification (CMA, CNA, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Basic knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare protocols
