Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and weekend care teams
- Administer treatments and medications per clinical protocols
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Participate in weekend emergency response protocols
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong weekend shift availability and reliability
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
