Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
- Document patient observations and care delivery accurately
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Support facility cleanliness and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Background check and health clearance mandatory
- Valid driver's license for PA travel (if applicable)
