Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 technical support to internal staff via remote desktop and on-site visits.

- Collaborate with the on-site team during shift handovers to maintain service continuity.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for weekend teams.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and cloud-based solutions.
