Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure the sales floor and warehouse areas are organized, clean, and safe.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to coordinate logistics and delivery schedules.
- Perform quality control checks on merchandise before and after shifts.
- Assist in training new team members on operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Full-Time commitment).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
