Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor weekend team members on sales techniques and customer service excellence
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all shifts
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless store operations handover
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual merchanduring for weekend foot traffic
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments
- Strong team development and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Flexible availability including holidays and special events
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
