Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume weekend operations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
