Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends consistently (Friday through Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
