Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing for e-commerce shipments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Collaborate with overnight team leaders to optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in high-volume environment
- Train on new automation technologies quarterly
- Support cross-functional teams during peak shipment periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Valid Washington state driver's preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
