- Oversee all weekend operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks

- Manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless transition of information and tasks
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all weekend operations
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shift management or operations leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
