Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute weekend logistics operations across 3 distribution centers
- Manage real-time inventory tracking and warehouse staff scheduling
- Resolve urgent shipment delays and customer inquiries during peak hours
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend operational efficiency
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on standard procedures
- Generate weekly performance reports for senior leadership review
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record in weekend shift leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (Spanish) preferred
