Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with the main team to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and team members professionally, resolving inquiries and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
