The Role
As the Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations on Saturdays and Sundays. You will manage a dynamic team, oversee logistics workflows, and ensure that all operational targets are met with precision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company compliance policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to upper management immediately.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and perform end-of-shift audits.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Full-Time on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
